Today is such a day. But damn, Chicago is a long ways from here. I don't think I can get these in my town, and may have to improvise a way to make them. I have made pork dumplings which are quite good, but I'd have to spice it up to achieve Szechuan style cooking.

Elaine, you can get them on the east coast at any szechuan restaurant.

Rj, no doubt.

Jayne, me too.

Ap, you should visit anyway.

YUMMY... I can't get good Chinese here...but we do have fabulous fresh fish. Does that count?

Agreed, there's always time for dumplings.

Actually, your Google Ad just below your post is showing a lovely girl displaying her dumplings and asking for a chat.

There's always time for dumplings.

I LOVE dumplings. Can't wait for Chinese New Year.. I am going to China Town to partake in the consumption of many dumplings :)

nsss, you are lucky to have good seafood.

tsb, one does love dumplings in all their forms.

suze, it was.

carole, no doubt.

kerry, let me know how it goes.

sprite, they were a little spicy but not very from my skewed perspective. I like the Chinese New Year's celebrations as well.
