karen, I read an interesting book about Schizophrenia by the late Silvano Arieti called, "Interpretation of Schizophrenia," recently,(who used psychotherapy with such patients which few others chose to do at that time) if you are interested in the topic.

rj, I think it is true because of human nature. The old power class benefits from old truths being true. As such they fight any new paradigms.
