Oh, there was a place like this around the corner from me in San Francisco. Not China Town but kind of like a neighborhood mini China Town. At first the window grossed me out also, but once you try the duck, pork, chicken, whatever -- it is so totally fantastically good!

Well I have to say - it doesn't look good, and duck is greasy but it can be quite tasty (does that make me a bad person? )

mei lian, chicken feet yes, but no duck tongue. There is a restaurant about a block away, Double Li, which has notable duck tongue.
If all the animals that we eat were first hung in windows for us to see I wonder if there would be more vegetarians?
Kerry, no, we were not that way before so I doubt it would change.
