Geo, yes N State Street. On the other side of the river you encounter Wacker Drive.

deep green water, that’s unusual.

What happens when the river bursts its banks? Does it ever?
I’m looking for flood plains.

friko, the river, these days tends to be low. A couple of years ago the loop flooded because of bad infrastructure, but the lack of rain in the recent past makes it unlikely that it will happen again anytime soon.
